The city is seeing new construction in both single family homes, as well as a large number of townhome communities, such as Townsend at Chamblee, coming on the market. For those seeking to enjoy the Chamblee lifestyle, but perhaps rent for a year first, there are two new apartment communities, The Olmstead and Solis Parkview available in the Downtown Chamblee area, close to the MARTA station.

(High Price was $499,000 at Turnbury Gates and the Low Price was $125,000 at 5300 Lofts for a studio floor plan)

(High:   262    Low:   0   Average: 39)

The High Days on Market was for a home at Ashwood Condos. When you remove that listing (very unusual time on market, it brings the Average to just ELEVEN DAYS ON THE MARKET!

As a Disclaimer to this Market Report, we pulled listings that had Chamblee as the listed city. As you can see, Henderson Park Condominiums are not in the city limits of Chamblee. We will work to fine tune the November report to be JUST the city limits of Chamblee.
